Issac Turpin built True from the ground up on one rule: do the whole job right, respect the homeowner, and stand behind the work.

What started as plumbing and leak detection is now four licensed companies serving Central Florida: True Plumbers & AC, True Builders, True Roofers, and True Aluminum. Same owner. Same standard. Separate crews, phones, and websites so a plumbing leak does not sit behind a roofing queue.

Issac was born and raised in Polk County, Florida, the son of two pastors. Nearly 30 years in construction and restoration. A father of four, plus stepchildren he treats as his own. He still holds the team to licensed work, honest upfront pricing, and showing up when the homeowner needs the work done.

True began with Issac and Mark, two childhood friends who wanted a company that used their people skills, work ethic, and sales ability to create real value. That drive is the True family of companies on trucks across Polk, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties today.

Founder and CEO, True Corp

Issac Turpin was born and raised in Polk County, Florida, the son of two pastors and a product of faith, grit, and deep Central Florida roots. With nearly 30 years in the construction and restoration industry, Issac built his career from the ground up, turning hands-on trade experience into four licensed companies known for speed, integrity, and full-service execution.

A father of four, plus stepchildren he loves as his own, and a builder at heart. He is building a legacy that sharpens leaders and raises the standard on every job site. As founder and CEO of True Corp, he leads with the values he was raised on: work hard, stay grounded, and do right by people.

How True started
